These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services operated by Avelto ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the services. By using the services you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@avelto.pl of any unauthorised access.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
- Send spam, malicious code, or content that infringes third-party rights
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or compromise the services
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
5. Intellectual property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with the services remain the property of Avelto (or its licensors). You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host and display it for the purpose of providing the services.
6. Privacy
Your use of the services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available separately. By using the services you consent to our processing of your personal data as described there.
7. Service availability
We strive to keep the services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or force-majeure events may cause downtime.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Avelto is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of your use of the services. Our aggregate liability for any direct damages is limited to the amount paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time for breach of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting hello@avelto.pl.
10. Data retention after termination
Upon termination, personal data is retained for 30 days unless a longer retention period is required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the registered office of Avelto Sp. z o.o., without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service or via email. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
